How to Install PET Car Vinyl Wrap

1.Clean the surface: Thoroughly remove dirt, dust, grease and wax. Make sure the surface is completely dry before installation.

2. Measure and cut: Measure your chosen application area and cut the vinyl slightly larger than required, leaving extra material around the edges.

3. Position the vinyl: Carefully peel back part of the adhesive backing and position the film on the surface.

4. Apply with a squeegee: Slowly remove the remaining backing while smoothing the film from the centre outwards using a felt-edge squeegee to minimise air bubbles.

5. Apply gentle heat if required: Use controlled heat only within the manufacturer's recommended temperature range. PET is less stretchable than traditional PVC wrap, so avoid excessive stretching.
