Shipping Policy

At Ultimate Car Accessories, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed with us.

 

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days. If an item is in stock, it will usually be dispatched the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing and dispatch time frames are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, promotional events, public holidays, or where stock is delayed.


Delivery & Transit Times

We ship Australia wide using trusted courier and delivery partners. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Metro areas typically receive parcels within 2 to 7 business days, while regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery time frames are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, particularly for out of stock, back ordered, or special order items.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, parcel size, and order contents. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website and subject to any stated conditions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided by email or SMS where available. You can use these details to monitor your parcel directly through the relevant courier or delivery provider.


Delivery Instructions & Signature Requests

Unless otherwise requested, orders may be shipped with Authority to Leave at the delivery address. If you require signature on delivery, this must be clearly requested in the order notes at checkout or by contacting us before dispatch. Where Authority to Leave is selected or used, the parcel may be left at the delivery address in accordance with the courier’s delivery practices.


Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third party carriers and delays may occur outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will assist where reasonably possible by following up with the courier on your behalf. Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.


Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, left unclaimed, or could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Any return freight charges or re-delivery costs incurred may also be deducted or charged before the order is resent.


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

All items are inspected and packaged carefully before dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or if items are missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where applicable. Where goods are damaged in transit or lost, we may investigate with the courier and request supporting information to assess the issue. If an item is confirmed to have been lost, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


Special Delivery Instructions

Customers must provide any special delivery instructions at checkout. We will do our best to pass these instructions on to the courier, but we cannot guarantee that all courier drivers will follow delivery notes in every case.
