Terms & Conditions

Orders & Payment Information
 

  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Orders placed via Facebook or our website will only be confirmed once full payment has cleared.
     


Shipping & Handling

 

  • Orders are generally processed within 3 business days. If items are in stock, they are usually shipped the same day or next business day.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates for out-of-stock or backordered items.

  • Ultimate Car Accessories is not responsible for courier delays, though our team will assist by liaising with the courier on your behalf.

  • Customers must notify us of any special delivery requirements at the time of purchase.

  • By default, orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). If you require signature on delivery, you must specify this in the notes section of your order.

  • Undeliverable or refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus any additional courier charges for return shipping.

  • All items are carefully packaged and inspected before leaving our facility. If a parcel appears damaged, please inspect it with the courier present before signing.

  • Damaged goods are reimbursed by the courier once a claim is approved. We will then ship a replacement, provide an exchange, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
 

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

  • If an item is sold on sale with a known issue disclosed at purchase, it is sold as-is and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or warranty.



Warranty
 

  • All products come with a 30-day product fault warranty, assessed by our team.

  • If a product is confirmed faulty, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange (subject to availability).

  • Online purchases: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping initially. If the item is confirmed faulty, return shipping will be reimbursed along with the refund.

  • In-store purchases: Customers are responsible for bringing or shipping faulty items back to us.



Headlight Globes Warranty

 

  • All headlight globes purchased from Ultimate Car Accessories include a 6-month warranty.

  • Faulty globes must be returned with a valid receipt as proof of purchase to claim.



Product Usage & Liability

  • Ultimate Car Accessories is not liable for damages arising from the use, misuse, or incorrect installation of purchased products.

  • Customers should read all provided instructions and/or installation manuals carefully before use. If no instructions are provided, we recommend consulting a qualified mechanic or auto electrician.

  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during or after installation.

  • Some products may be restricted to off-road or private property use only and may not comply with road regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compliance with local laws and regulations before use.
