Return and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns or exchanges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

If an item is sold on sale with a known issue disclosed to the customer at purchase, that item is sold as-is and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Faulty or Defective Items

All products include a 30-day product fault warranty, assessed by our team.

If an item is confirmed faulty, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange (subject to availability).

Online purchases: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping initially. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will reimburse the return shipping along with the refund.

In-store purchases: Customers are responsible for returning or shipping faulty items back to us.
Headlight Globes Warranty

All headlight globes purchased from Ultimate Car Accessories come with a 6-month warranty.

To claim, the faulty globe must be returned with a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
Damaged During Transit

All items are inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please inspect it with the courier present and notify us immediately with photos.

We will assist in lodging a courier claim. Once approved, we will send a replacement, arrange an exchange, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange (unless faulty):

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation
