Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ultimate Car Accessories, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

 

Return and Exchanges
 

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

  • If an item is sold on sale with a known issue disclosed to the customer at purchase, that item is sold as-is and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

 

Faulty or Defective Items

 

  • All products include a 30-day product fault warranty, assessed by our team.

  • If an item is confirmed faulty, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange (subject to availability).

  • Online purchases: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping initially. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will reimburse the return shipping along with the refund.

  • In-store purchases: Customers are responsible for returning or shipping faulty items back to us.

 

 

Headlight Globes Warranty
 

  • All headlight globes purchased from Ultimate Car Accessories come with a 6-month warranty.

  • To claim, the faulty globe must be returned with a valid receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Damaged During Transit

 

  • All items are inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please inspect it with the courier present and notify us immediately with photos.

  • We will assist in lodging a courier claim. Once approved, we will send a replacement, arrange an exchange, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange (unless faulty):

 

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation

  • Products already installed or used

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Sale items sold with known issues disclosed at purchase (“as-is” condition)

  • Clearance stock

  • Special order or custom items

 

 

Refund Processing

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
