In stock items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times: Metro areas take 2–7 business days, regional/remote areas may take longer.
Backorders and pre-orders will vary depending on supplier availability.
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
A 20% restocking fee applies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers must cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
If an item is sold with a known issue disclosed before purchase, it is sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please inspect your parcel in the presence of the courier. If it arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll help lodge a claim and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund if a replacement is not available.
All products come with a 30-day product fault warranty.
Headlight globes include a 6-month warranty.
Warranties apply to manufacturing faults only and do not cover misuse or incorrect installation.
Online purchases: Customers cover return shipping initially, but if the product is confirmed faulty, we’ll reimburse the return shipping cost.
In-store purchases: Customers are responsible for returning or shipping the item back to us.
We do not provide installation services directly. However, we can recommend trusted installers if needed. We strongly advise using a professional mechanic or auto electrician to ensure safe and proper installation.
Some products are designed for cosmetic or off-road/private use only. Please check your local road laws before installing.
Yes. By default, orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). If you prefer a signature on delivery, you must request it in the notes section when placing your order.
